If Nature is full of magical pairings, then what combination of ingredients does the ideal surfboard for Bali need? In our newest short film “The Alchemy of Bob," made in collaboration with our good friends at McTavish, two bearded mates Christian “Wispy” Barker and Chris “Morat” Del Moro set out on a journey to answer that very question.
On a mission to find the best Indo quiver to stock in Bali’s Drifter surf shops, the boys caught up with the living legend Bob McTavish, got deep into board design and theory, shared some laughs, and scored a few waves along the way.
