So many good times were had and soo many good waves which was the objective for every trip we went on, so I thought it was worth putting it all together. Stokeman is a celebration of one man's heartfelt approach to surfing. Simone Mongera is a surfer from Northern Italy who, in this film, reflects on his relationship to surfing from his early mindset of performance and comparison to an evolving relationship centered around expression and freedom.

PERSPECTIVES is a surf film created through travel, experimentation, and curiosity. Filmed across Sri Lanka, Indonesia and New Zealand, the project follows different waves, cultures, environments, and surf crafts exploring how changing your board can completely change the way you see a wave, and even the way you experience surfing itself.
