Many people don't know what it is like to live and surf in the arctic.

I lived and surfed in the Lofoten Islands for a while and there are pros and cons to living up there.

In this short video you will get to see both.

Mostly it is nice and amazing when you get the hang of it.

Surfing can be quite brutal and nasty in the winter, but when you get those magical days you forget about the nasty one.
