Dakar Dream: Senegal's Surfers in Their Own Words
Full Documentary

Dakar sits on the westernmost point of Africa, with swell 365 days a year. Dakar Dream follows Dame Samb, Déguène Thioune and Fallou Bousso through a year of surfing around the city, told through their own WhatsApp voice notes and footage shot by the surfers alongside the crew. No interviews, no staged scenes. Senegal's surf scene is ready to be found.
