Set along the rugged West Coast of South Africa, Rough Diamonds tells the story of Pete and Eli Beukes, a father-son duo whose surfing journey began here more than 30 years ago.
After finishing the navy and heading to Lamberts Bay to work as a diamond diver in the early 1990s, Pete discovered a volatile coastline brimming with waves. Years later, he shares these treasures with his son Eli. But nothing comes easy along this challenging stretch of waves and wilderness.
