She didn’t grow up in Santa Cruz, but now her face and name are well-known in the beach community.
Her graceful style, dancing across the waves and her toes tickling the nose is a joy to watch.
Tessa feels the most BOLD when she is globe-trotting across the world, searching for the perfect wave and a fresh perspective.
But her wanderlust always takes her back home to the magical town of Santa Cruz.
