The mind is what allows us to be who we are; it holds more power than we give it credit.
This is also true for the ocean. Through its unforgiving and uncontrolled beauty, it constantly challenges us.
Introspective, by definition, means looking inward — thinking deeply about your own thoughts, feelings, and motivations.
Time away from this magical place has allowed me to reflect on why that fire burns to chase the uncertainty of greatness. While putting this together, it brought me back to the highs and lows of the journey, along with the company that has made it all the more special!
In the words of Lou Cutler, ‘It’s not about the setback, it’s about the comeback’.
