Swell Diaries Episode 3: Afrikan Roots

The final episode of Swell Diaries takes us on a different journey. It all started with a phone call from Kepa Acero, inviting us to one of the most uncharted places to surf in Africa. The journey was a risky one, but it bore its fruits. Africa has a way of surprising you at every turn, and the further we went, the more unpredictable the journey became.

From there, the swell chase guided us to one of the most iconic breaks in Africa: Jeffreys Bay. But the chase wasn’t over. A swift decision made us turn around and head for Namibia, overworked, exhausted, and soon caught in one of the most dangerous situations we could have ever predicted.
