I Quit Big Wave Surfing

Through sessions at local breaks with friends, trips to Mexico and British Columbia, and the support of the people closest to her like Kai Lenny, Ian Walsh and Ridge Lenny, Izzi slowly finds her way back to the joy, freedom, and community that first made her fall in love with the ocean.

Along the way, she battles through an injury suffered at Mavericks, rebuilds her confidence, and returns to some of the world's most challenging waves, including Jaws.
