ONE BOARD TWO WORLDS

"One Board, Two Worlds", the latest project of snowboarder Mathieu Crepel, was born from a crazy dream: to bring together his two passions and ride the mountain and the ocean with the same board, without bindings or drifts.

From the first prototype designed 'for fun' in the workshop of the famous shaper Axel Lorentz from Pukas, to the reality of a unique handmade hybrid board, the result is amazing.

"One Board, Two Worlds" takes us between the waves of the Basque Country and the mountains of the Pyrenees, for an unprecedented encounter between these two elements, so dear to Mathieu Crepel.

For this film, the snowboarder wanted to return to simple things without any performance objective.

It was just a matter of taking advantage of these two worlds to get back to the basics of snow sports.

Mathieu and his sidekick Guillaume Arrieta, videographer and photographer, shot all the images of this adventure within a 100km radius.

For snowboarding, they spent 4 days in a refuge in the Pyrenees before heading to the ocean this summer.
