OUR FRIEND FROM SPAIN

Here is Gony, our buddy from Spain surfing with his pedal to the metal in The Maldives , El Salvador , and his home base of Portugal.

Gony's  surfing is fluid, fast and powerful.

Take note of how much water he displaces on each turn.

His under the lip turns straight  into the tube are also somethin to see....  

You don't see many of those now a days, but that  could be because they are so difficult to do.

All that being said, most importantly,  Gony is always such a pleasure to be around, and one of the nicest ppl on the planet, which is probly why Ozzy Wright and The Goons Of Doom wrote the song in the intro about Gony and his brother, Santiago.

The song is also named "Santiago".
