Except a few local competitions, there is not a short term goals and the only way to try to keep faith and motivation is to instaure a working ROUTINE .

Eimeo is growing up and he's just turning 18  years old in June and this year he 's more focus on a little details who can help to be a better surfer : hard physical training, nourriture , superfood supplements , rest, and of course working on his surfing skills!
