You can expect a solid crowd when Uluwatu is doing its thing, so it's not too common to have a set wave fall in your lap without anyone else at least 'having a look' at it.
But that's exactly how the opening scene of this video played out for Gaby Escudera, and he made no mistake with the beautiful tube section waiting for him down the line.
After a couple of days with very small waves, a new swell started filling in this morning, and with the forecast showing a bigger afternoon it looks should be firing all along the Bukit for the next couple of days.
